Deposits are required for every client, within 24 hours, to hold your desired day and time. Deposits can be made through GlossGenius, Zelle, and Apple Pay. Deposits are non-refundable, failure to send a deposit in a timely manner will result in the appointment being opened back up in the app. ☆ RESCHEDULING ☆ Things happen! Please remember to communicate with me, I’m very lenient and completely understand life happens. I understand sometimes we cannot always know what may come up a few hours before your appointment, rescheduling at a reasonable time will help you keep your initial deposit without having to pay a new one for another spot. If rescheduling occurs after the 24 hour period before your appointment, a new deposit will be needed to reschedule the appointment. To sometimes avoid this fee, please provide a day and time for your new appointment immediately upon a reschedule or cancellation. Please communicate with me in a timely manner about rescheduling your appointment. ☆ GRACE PERIOD ☆ 10 minutes are provided to you to protect your time in your appointment and any client’s time that it may disrupt later in the day. Please communicate with me if you happen to be running late. After the ten minutes, a charge of $5 will be added to your remaining total. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. Constant lack of communication and lateness will result in a ban from booking. ☆ CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS ☆ Cancellations 24 hours or less before the appointment will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged a 50% no show fee, failure to communicate will result in a ban from booking immediately. A policy message will be shown before you book, booking and confirming with your deposit means you agree to the terms of fees and policies.Business Hours
